SONORA GALAXIA 

 

Sonora Galaxia is one of Australia's pioneering Latin bands, specialising in traditional rhythms of South America, Colombia, the Caribbean, Puerto Rico and Cuba. 

 

From the mid 1980's, there was only one Latin band that swept Australia by storm. Renowned for their lively music & energy, they have graced some of the most iconic venues in the country.

 

They have shared the stage with some of the biggest names in show-business and still remain a potent and pivotal force in the Latin music scene. "Hailed as Australia's premier Latin show band"- Sunday Telegraph 1st October 2000.
